Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product (as per the return policy) and place a new order.
